Upon receiving a proper counter‑notification, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access and accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. We will take appropriate actions to enforce this policy in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Notification and Procedure
We will review all notices of alleged infringement and take action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material. We may also notify the user who posted the material about the notice. Responses will be conducted promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
